Gabriel Delisle, Director
Not only does Gabriel wear a lot of hats (Continuum Health director, strategy, operations), but he is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. If he’s not fishing or camping, you may find him presenting our projects in a nearby healthcare facility. Being a man of action, Yoda’s quote that motivates him the most is certainly the following: « Do or do not. There is no try. »
Julie Allard, Products manager
Julie works in the healthcare industry since 2001. Her main objective within Continuum Health is to advise and help healthcare network stakeholders so they can therefore treat and help patients. In addition to having a college studies degree in medical records, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and studying in health care management, she is also a member of AGISQ (Association des gestionnaires de l’information de la santé du Québec). Her favorite hobby? To surpass herself while chasing after her son.

Marie-Josée Letendre, Specialist, Products success and customer experience, nurse
You may find Marie-Josée whether at the airport or promoting Continuum Health at a conference. Since 2004, she has been working in the healthcare industry and she is our nurse of reference. Not only does she have a bachelor’s degree in sciences from Université de Montréal and a Nursing Science degree, she is also a member of OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec). Her greatest strength is her creativity, or, as she would say: « Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get. » -Forrest Gump
Caroline Perreault, Project manager
Although she may always have a trip project in mind, Caroline’s main priority remains keeping our customers projects moving successfully. With her Université Laval bachelor of business administration’s degree and her broad experience, she knows how to build strong relationships with our clients while always respecting budgets and schedules. The quote that inspires her the most? « Happiness is the highest form of health. » -Dalai Lama
Fanny Coutu, Business analyst
Always keeping her cool and smiley, Fanny is an expert in the business domain and an outstanding trainer. Not only is she concerned by the others, she is also solution-oriented. Member of the AGISQ, she also has a lot of degrees: a diploma in college studies in arts & literature, a diploma in college studies in medical records and an ongoing certificate in human resources management. If she’s not busy planning an activity at the office, you’ll probably find her reading a good novel or on a waterway.

Marie-Pier is our marketing and communication expert. Not only does she have a diploma in college studies in arts & literature, but she also has a radio and television training and a bachelor of business administration’s degree in marketing. Creative and passionate by nature, she does not hesitate in taking her place and going ahead, whether it is for drafting a text, submitting a marketing idea or choosing a new restaurant. She’s also a fan of novels, movies, TV shows and trips. Johanne Lemire, Agile manager
Manager and agile at the same time, Johanne makes sure Continuum Health’s team works in an efficient way. Thanks to her analyst programmer expertise, she understands the troops and knows how to bring out the best of each employee. Jean-Pascal Gagnon, Analyst programmer
Autodidact and infinitely resourceful, Jean-Pascal is one of Continuum’s Jack of all trades. He can talk about a variety of topics including hockey, arch fabrication, cloud computing solutions, HL7, cooking and mechanical keyboards. Bachelor’s in software engineering since 2007 and eager to learn, you’ll probably find Jean-Pascal with about fifty tabs open on his web browser. Normand Lebreux, Analyst programmer
Working in the healthcare industry since 1997, Normand imposed himself has a true leader as a Continuum Health analyst programmer. Sometimes nicknamed « UI Guy », his interest in music and guitar must be the reason he expresses his artistic side in eye-catching and well-organized interfaces. Not afraid of complex things such as Power BI configurations or the coffee machine, Normand always keeps his cool and loves using this universal answer: « It depends. »
Benoit de Chevigny, Analyst programmer
If Benoit is not talking about karate or software architecture, he must then be talking about his chef talents or his charcoal-grilled meats. Usually, you may find him near the dart board, in pair programming or surfing on a microservices website. Pillar of the programming team, Benoit imposed himself as a true problem-solving master. Analyst programmer since 2003 and father of three boys, he has many years of practice behind him.
Alexander Touliatos, Analyst programmer
Alexander joined Continuum Health with a degree in dental medicine and an analyst programmer CCS. Curious and creative by nature, he has a thirst for knowledge for the healthcare industry and programming. Alexander can be considered as a very wise man : « Health is at the core of everyone’s well-being, and the well-being of the whole world will lead to a better future for all of us. »

Stéphane Leclair, Analyst programmer
Stéphane is a former chess, skateboard and Spanish expert. Always ready for new challenges, he then interested himself in programming which gave him a bachelor’s degree in information technology engineering at Montreal’s École de Technologie Supérieure. Today, if he’s not busy mastering his golf skills, you may find him trading or trying to find computer bugs.
Eric Paradis, Analyst programmer
Eric loves to collect: darts points, baseball home runs or programming years of experience. Analyst programmer since 1997, databases hide no more secrets for him. He is also a statistic specialist. One of the things that makes him happy within Continuum Health is knowing our clients love our solutions and find them useful for their work.
Jonathan Mainville, Analyst programmer et Power BI specialist
Bachelor’s in mathematics (meteorology concentration) and graduate in atmospheric sciences, Jonathan is not afraid of statistics and mysteries. Consequently, he became an expert in Power BI and quality assurance. Passionate about martial arts and music, he combines both discipline and creativity. Who inspires him? Thomas Edison: « I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work. »

Maxime Lagacé, Analyst programmer and marketing specialist
Retired actor, passionate about quotes, psychology and trail running, Maxime works in the healthcare industry since 2011. Despite his bachelor’s degree in software engineering from Montreal’s École de Technologie Supérieure in 2007, he’s now interested in marketing, support and customer service. According to him, nothing is more satisfying than helping people reach their goals and working in health. « Nothing in the world is more important than health, whether mental or physical. If I don’t have health, everything else becomes secondary. »
Sara Gallant, Analyst programmer
« Hakuna-matata » or « there is no problem » well represent Sara. Smiley and positive, she knows how to adapt to every situation. This may be because of her broad and solid experience: college studies diploma in medical records (Université de Montréal), university microprogram in health informatics (Université de Sherbrooke), computer science degree (Cégep du Vieux-Montréal), assistant chief of medical records for CLSCs network for 6 years, and many more. It is likely that her numerous trips and data process developments in real time helped her stay grounded and in the present moment.
Mario Braun, Analyst programmer
Mario has a lot of experience in the healthcare industry since 1998. His curiosity and analysis skills help him address all the different challenges he meets. In addition, he has an analyst programmer CCS degree from Herzing Institute; he has more than one trick up his sleeve! He also loves camping and playing guitar.
Dany Deroy, Analyst programmer
Dany sets himself apart for his bonhomie, his leadership and his electrical car. He gained a solid experience as an analyst programmer and as a manager in the restaurant industry for more than 17 years. Gilbert Aucoin, Analyst programmer
Some call him Gilbert Einstein with some reason. From the age of 4, he could recite by heart sentences from a dinosaur’s book. This may be the reason he got himself a bachelor’s degree in informatics, intelligent systems concentration. Today, his main strengths are SQL language and French language.
